What we cover

3PL for DTC explains how direct-to-consumer brands choose and run a 3PL. Every page answers one specific question, states the answer first, and shows how we got there.

Where our information comes from

  • Providers' own published information: pricing pages, service terms, warehouse locations and integration lists. We link the source next to the claim.
  • Public records and industry data where they exist.
  • Rate data shared by brands. Where brands share their actual 3PL quotes or invoices with us, we use them only anonymized and in aggregate, and only with permission.
  • Operator experience. Some guides draw on first-hand experience running fulfillment for consumer brands. When a page relies on it, the page says so.

What we don't do

  • We don't publish star ratings or scores we can't back up.
  • We don't claim to have tested a warehouse we haven't worked with.
  • We don't accept payment to rank a provider, and a provider can't pay to be included or to have a page changed.

Keeping pages current

Every page shows the date it was last updated. We review provider facts on a regular cycle and when a provider changes its pricing, locations or terms. If you spot something out of date, the correction goes in and the date changes.
